General: As a coach I am highly conscious and respectful of client confidentiality. This Privacy Policy outlines the type of personal information that is received and collected and how it is used. Most importantly please be aware that I will never share your email address or any other personal information with anyone without your direct consent. Ever.

Log files: Like most websites this one has log files to tell me how often the site is visited and what pages visitors look at. None of that information is linked to anything that is personally identifiable. The website hosting company, Bluehost, also runs its own statistics gathering programs to ensure that the sites it hosts, including this one, are functioning properly. Cookies: This site does not use cookies.

Contact Form: The Contact Form used does not retain any personal information and your email address is forwarded to a Gmail account for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Blog Subscription: If you opt-in to my Blog subscription then your name and email address is held by MailChimp who have their own Privacy Policy at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Children:  marymartincoaching.com does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If I discover I have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, I will delete that information immediately.
