Coming to an end of my 30-day bio-hacking venture (self-experimentation) —  sobriety with both food and wine — emphasizing exercise, making use of lots of tools (books, podcasts, classes) that continue to motivate me. 

Although it appears to be a journey focused on the body – and yes, I’ve lost about 4 kg –  the juicy, essential part is the mental, emotional and spiritual component.  Yes, even spiritual — a spiritual exhilaration in surrendering to an all-around healthier path for me. 

In spite of the original 30-day framework, I’ll be continuing the journey, so stay tuned.
