About 20 years ago, I learned a way of empowered thinking in a week-long course at the Option Institute.
“Calm Amid Chaos”  offered 3 beliefs to adopt for inner peace. I share them below so you can benefit too. 
(Yes, we’re always choosing beliefs to sustain our inner experience. Mostly this is done unconsciously. Yet we can opt to consciously choose our state of being.)
